Holly serves as the Office Manager of Discher and Associates. She enjoys keeping operations organized, supporting team success, and creating an efficient and positive work environment. She takes pride in strong communication, attention to detail, and helping both employees and clients feel supported every day.    

Holly is skilled in managing daily office functions, streamlining processes, scheduling, credentialing, and supporting staff to ensure efficient workplace operations. Holly is known for her strong organizational abilities and for creating a positive and productive office environment.  

Outside of work, Holly is a busy mom of 2 boys and 3 dogs. She enjoys family time and watching her boys in sports.
